How far in advance should I book?
48 hours is our standard lead time. For events over 100 guests or on weekends, book 2–3 weeks out.
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes. Valley-wide delivery, drop-off or full setup with chafers, serveware, and pitmaster on-site for larger events.
Do you handle dietary restrictions?
We offer vegetarian sides, gluten-free options, and can accommodate most dietary needs — just tell us.
What's your minimum order?
Catering minimum is 10 guests. Below that, order takeout directly from the pit.
Do you cater weddings?
Absolutely. From rehearsal dinners to the main event — brisket, ribs, whole hog, and everything in between.
