RudeBoy started with a stick-burner in a Vegas backyard and a stubborn belief that great BBQ is a discipline — not a menu item. Every brisket gets hand-trimmed, rubbed heavy, and rides the smoke for 16 hours before it earns a spot on the pass.

We built this house for the people who know the difference between a microwaved rib and a real one. Live oak, pecan, and patience. That's it. That's the whole trick.
